By installing, accessing, or using the Passforge Android application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Passforge Android application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Ottler Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use on your Android device. You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Remove copyright or proprietary notices
Use the App commercially or distribute it
Use the App on emulators or non-Android devices

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not interfere with App functionality or security
Keep your account information (if any) secure
Comply with all applicable laws

4. App Permissions

The App may request Android permissions for:

Camera/Passforge hardware access
Device storage (optional features only)

You control permissions through Android settings. Granting permissions is optional but may limit functionality.

5. No Data Collection

This App operates entirely offline and collects no personal data, analytics, or usage information.

6. Disclaimers

AS IS BASIS. The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.
Ottler Studio does not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for emergency use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ottler Studio is not liable for:

Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business interruption
Personal injury or property damage from App use

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license ends immediately.

9. Updates

We may update the App automatically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates and revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Madrid, Spain.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Changes will be posted in the app or Play Store listing. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
